I created customized avatars for the team members from different regional offices across the Asia Pacific as part of the team-building and reinforced the company's tagline “Get Close for Impact”. I enjoyed bringing delight to the work environment that encourages team spirit.
Design Approach
The project started as a team spirit for 5 people. I created our avatars from scratch using Adobe Illustrator.
Later on, with the tremendous support from the Senior Management team, it eventually turned into a “company culture.” We used everyone’s avatar and fun facts to create the ice breaker game for 80 people during our company trip to Bali, Indonesia.
Inspiration
Inspired by LUSH’s batch stickers – making us proud
UK cosmetic retail LUSH is proud to display employee faces on products that they made by hands, “...telling customers who made it, when it was made, when it goes out of date AND include the face of the real person that made it.”
Get Close in Bali
We had about 80 people join the company trip in 2018, and I prepared the ice breaker game with everyone's avatar sticker and fun facts. Team 8 was the winner!
